Shelly Becker is the author of One, Two, Grandma Loves You and One, Two, Grandpa Loves You, both of which received starred reviews from School Library Journal. Her other books include the Superheroes Are Just Like Us series. Kirkus Reviews called Even Superheroes Have Bad Days “an action-packed romp,” and it was a 2018 Blue Spruce Award nominee. Shelly has been practicing mindfulness for over 20 years and incorporates it throughout her day, especially in natural settings like gardens, forests, or beaches.
